Product Review: Cerra Mood Shift Kit

 

A few weeks ago I was given the opportunity to try cerra's Mood Shift Kit.

The kit contains three sets each of scent cards, lotions, and teas. Each set represents a different mood that you are hoping to increase in your life.

In the spirit of the holiday season I decided to start with gratitude.

Each item in the kit comes with instructions on how best to use the product. In my opinion, the meditative reflection suggested with each aspect of the kit are actually the most helpful.

Spending a few moments pondering the mood you are hoping to reflect, as well as what you can do to change your thinking pattern to encourage that positive emotion, and combined with the gentle scents of the products induce a state of relaxation and reflectiveness that are hard to come by, well, at least in my household.

Oh, and it doesn't hurt that the lotion works really well on my dry skin too.

Kellogg's FiberPlus Chewy Bars

I've only tried the Dark Chocolate Almond flavor, but I have to say: they are YUMMY!

Delicious, low calorie, great for snacks or breakfast. Two thumbs up!

SwaddleMe by Kiddopotamus

We loved the SwaddleMe by Kiddopotamus. I had never heard of such a thing, until a friend gave me one at my baby shower (thanks Candace!). I have to say, it was a lifesaver.
Our dear, mischievous-since-birth daughter was able to get herself out of any swaddle job any of us did, no matter how tight. Not only that, but it's a heck of a lot easier than swaddling baby yourself.

The SwaddleMe does the trick. Kept her swaddled tight all thru the night. We liked it so much so that when she outgrew her small sized SwaddleMe, we went to the store and bought the next size up.

The nice thing is they came in both lightweight and heavier weight fabric, so no matter what season your baby is born in, there's one for you.
